"Great cut and finish but not very professional "

I have been a few times now and find that the owner Denise is lovely and can tell she really cares about hair, they do your hair very well however some of the staff including the young girl who works behind the reception really bring the salon down, they are not very professional for instance they dont know when you have an appintment and you have to confirm when you booked it ??, and staff talk amongst each other rather than to the client.

also what REALLY annoys me is that you never get charged the same - every single time i have been in they charge me different and i dont mean a few pounds - it can range from £10 - £40 for the same thing it drives me insane.

this could be a fantastic salon as the quality of the cuts and colours are fantastic i just wish they were more professional..
