It's high time that asian sound radio caught up wiht the times as it feels like an amateur station playing back to back station.

Also it needs to freshen the output and give it a fresh feeling.

New presenters are top priority who have journalistic experience of handling a good show...

More english debate shows with live and good interactions

tackle subjects that are REALLY affecting the asian youths/asian women/etc

new jingles are needed

change the progamme format

listen to bbc asiannetwork and get it right

get some of your goooood old presenters back the list is endless and the burn rate is too high for staff which is unatural.

management should leave the job to the presenters and give good feeback and regular upates to the staff....but it doesnt appear to happen
