When it takes over an hour and 40 mins for something arrive, you at the very least hope for it to be slighlty warm. You should not have to be phoning a takeaway every 10 minutes to actually try and get the food to your door. Then when you complain you have to wait 20 minutes for the delivery guy to call you back as the actual takeaway can't authorise refunds. After all that they tried to give us some fresh food, but I would like actually like to eat in the next week so will be going elsewhere.
