I went to the EE store in the Trafford Centre last week after my phone was due for an mot.

I was made very welcomed by all the team and Jay my customer service representative was so thorough, looked through all my phone package, deals, did the mot on my device. No hard sell. I highly recommend the team in the lower mall Trafford Centre the team I want to thank The 3 main people who really listened, cared and supported me as I have been so poorly.

I really appreciate everything the team did for me.

10 out of 10 for my review. The team are brilliant and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
