I visited lush store on Friday night. I was helped by a very informative friendly young man didn't catch his name. He helped me with my usual favourites and suggested some new ones for me to try. I felt very at ease, valued as a customer and went away very happy. Fantastic member of staff credit to you. Also received the same level of service by the young lady on the till.
