"Wait for lifetime for a sausage butty"

I waited for 45 mins in the shop for simple sausage butty. Also when calling to place an order I rang constantly for 20mins and they were engaged the whole time. Heres an idea, how about getting another phone???

I wont be bothering again. Go to The Mess instead..
