"Above and beyond"

I didn't want to go to see a psychotherapists I was expecting it to be just like before when I saw a councillor ' but I had my eyes opened . I was very surprised how well we got on this made it very easy to talk , there are a lot of difficult thinks to talk about but I felt safe , never under pressure ,left to talk when I was ready . I would recommend Elaine to my friends it's been a pleasure to attend the appointments x
