John arrived prompt to start the work. We found him friendly and pleasant. Very happy with first job we had done by him and since have had further work carried out. Before he started he explained in full what he was going to do and on completion made sure everything was in working order before he left. To be honest he went that extra mile.

Very clean and tidy.

Will definitely use him again.
