I found April spot on, with names and everything she had to say. Knew I was widowed as soon as I sat down despite still wearing my rings, got my husbands name right, what he passed away with, told me my mother's name, also told me who I was going to meet and when. Also found her very pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend her..
