Hi. I would not reccomend your service. I went to have a very expensive laptop serviced with specific problems. My laptop was in the shop for over 4 months, without any updates from anybody from the shop. I had to ring for an update. No computer issues raised were ever resolved and when I eventually informed the owner I was coming to take my laptop, I was told to sell it as parts to them and get a replacement laptop from the shop. I refused this option and went to collect my laptop. It had no software on it and a message on it when I start it to request I contact the manufacturer. The person in question knows who I refer too and this is not over. Scousedee.
