Dial Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm on 01689 887 528 sounds good. Trouble is nobody ever answers this number it just rings and rings - not much help.

Try any other number at JLT in Manchester and they have no idea what to do with my call - beginning to lose the will to live.
