"Poor service from JLT Pensions Manchester"

I have been trying to settle my claim since approx October 2014 with JLT, re my half of my ex-husband's pension for which I have a pension sharing order. My pension provider and Aviva have sent the documents required, including the pension sharing order and Decree Absolute and have also sent various e-mails over the past year and telephone calls re this matter. I have been sending e-mails and rung a few times recently too, as I am understandably fed-up now.

I am legally entitled to this money and I have lost valuable investment money for nearly a year now. I am a low wage earner and also find the charges for transferring the pension extortionate and unaffordable for myself. My solicitor said it would probably be a few hundred! I am meant to be paying in full the transfer fee so as to appease my ex-husband, because he resisted my legal right to half his pension for 3 years even after we had been married for 34 years and had 2 children. JLT claim they need my Decree Absolute, but it was sent via PDF and now appears to be lost! This was sent with the pension sharing order which was sent back to me. If they received the pension sharing order, they must have the received Decree Absolute? I am now refusing to send my original birth cerificate as requested, in case it is lost. I will send it by PDF.

I was informed each time I rang that someone would contact me, but no-one does except by e-mail asking for documents, this is very frustrating. I have now asked a manager to contact me asap. I am told my ex-husband has also chased them. I have been informed by my ex-husband that he has sent back his forms as required, but JLT sent me an e-mail saying they are awaiting his forms! My pension provider has said that JLT are a nightmare to deal with and they don't have this difficulty with other firms..
