"Verbally assaulted by staff! !!"

Went here to buy trainers. Found a sample pair that I liked (said sample not for resale and had a big hole all the way through sole) asked a member of staff if they had my size and was told that the pair in my hand was the only pair for sale. Queried the sample not for resale stamp and big hole through the sole and was told that they are allowed to sell them. Manager came over and got aggressive immediately. Said they are allowed to sell them just dont walk in puddles! Ended up with 3 staff surrounding me all acting aggressive! Theres no head office number to complain to and was given a mobile number for "head manager" - why have no landline? very fishy! .
