"Aftercare service.....forget it......not here!!"

Only interested in sales and commissions. When you buy a contract from carphone warehouse and take out the extra insurance they flog that's ok and they are fighting over you to get the sale. Go back when you have issues with phone and they don't want to know you as you are an 'inconvenience' as they don't receive any commission for aftercare service.

Definitely stay away from this branch as the staff lack respect and everyone tells you something different and then it changes over and over depending on who you speak to. Unbelievably poor service levels. .
