"COLD FOOD"

A review of Joseph Holt Ltd by Mrs Rose Fitton written on Saturday 19th of April 2014

Today the 19/04/14 my daughter and I visited your Bridgewater Inn Oldham.

we had a nice hot bowl of soup and then went to get our main meal,I had the roast beef with all the trimmings and my daughter had the Turkey with all the trimmings.

On sitting down we both found that the meat was cold and so was the vegetables so we called over a waitress and told her of our complaint she said she would tell the chef.

He came out to stick a prong into the middle of the meat he had just carved from the waitress came back to us and said the meat was at room temperature so I asked her about the vegetables after probing them she told us the vegetables were hot.

We watched the chef probe the middle of the joint and not at the end where the meat was being cut then he pored hot water on the vegetables and then probed it according the the chef all the food was hot.

So has we could not eat our food I asked for my money back and was told no its not a policy to refund money.

So I said OK we will be taking this further hence this review
