"Store attendant stole my scratchcard money"

I took a winning lottery scratchcard into this store to be told by the store attendant that there was a fault with his lottery machine so i thought nothing of it and took my ticket to another store only to be told that the ticket had already been claimed!!!!!!!! can you believe that? the bare faced cheek of it i'm currently going through legal proceedings to get this man prosecuted. .
