They altered a dress for my daughter and it is now ruined and can't be put right. The side seems at the side of the bodice no longer alines with the side seems of the skirt so the bodice is twisted and badly wrinkles. The back zip is obviously in an 'S' shape and with it being in a contrasting colour it looks like what can only be described as a mess. Even the darts they put in at the bust where in completely different places and these are just a few of the problems. They have refused to refund me the money back for the alteration and as the dress is now ruined they are also refusing to pay be consequential losses for ruining my dress...........I now have trading standards involved!!!!.
