I was very disappointed with the road transport union. they never provided me with legal representation. they never gave me any legal advice. and refused to represent me after I had paid my union fees for over 6 years. it even affected my house insurance legal cover. but I battled on on my own and received an out of court settlement. no thanks to the union..
