"Waste of time! "

I called in to Chritchley&Son memorials to arrange a restoration of a family grave. They told me that they would be in touch with a quote shortly.

After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I called them and was told that someone would be in touch within the week...this never happened!

I have now commissioned a more competent company to do the work and would not recommend Chritchleys to anyone...if you can't get the decency of a reply, what's the point! .
