"Too important to communicate with a customer"

I was extremely dsisappointed when I wanted to say something nice about my local branch. Kelly Ogle is an executive of Swintons but she, apparently, is too important for her email address to be given to the likes of me.

I wrote to her by post over two weeks ago but have received neither acknoweledgement nor reply.

I remain disappointed..
