"Trying to get threw on the phone"

They never answer the phone ive bin ringing them since when the shop first opened this morning to see if they had my daughters coat in yet, the phone as been picked up twice and put straight back down im not happy with this atall the rest off the time it just rings out it has now bin hours that ive been ringing :( .
